We process your return order as soon as possible once it has arrived at our warehouse. It may take up to 14 days from the time you send your return until we have refunded your money. It depends on your bank when the funds will be available in your account. You will then receive an email once your refund has been processed. The amount will be transferred to the same payment method and/or payment option you used for the purchase.
